📦 Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
💰 Return Fee
A flat return handling fee of ₹49 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover reverse logistics and processing charges.

- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Item is significantly different from the product description
❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customised or personalised jewellery orders
- Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
📋 How to Raise a Return Request
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email us at support@treasuresbyvalerie.online or WhatsApp us with your order details
- Share clear photographs of the item and the issue
- Our team will review and approve your return within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to us in original packaging
- Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the item
💵 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- ₹49 return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount
